Turn hands-on hospitality experience into the SIT20322 Certificate II in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification for individuals with hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge who are mainly involved in routine and repetitive tasks under direct supervision. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows your experience working in restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops to be formally assessed against this qualification rather than starting your learning over. Once your evidence is assessed and confirmed by our partner RTO, you hold the same AQF-recognised Certificate II as anyone who completed the qualification through classroom-based study.
