These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and ATSR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

ATSR provides Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment and certification services. Our services include:

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you receive from ATSR. Payment terms include:

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ATSR, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other Need Help intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ATSR, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
