Turn years of hands-on heavy vehicle mechanical work into the AUR31120 Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, a nationally recognised qualification for individuals who perform a broad range of tasks on a variety of heavy commercial vehicles in the automotive service and repair sector. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows your experience overhauling, testing, servicing and repairing engines, brakes, transmission and suspension systems on heavy rigid and heavy combination trucks to be formally assessed against this qualification rather than starting your learning over. Once your evidence is assessed and confirmed by our partner RTO, you hold the same AQF-recognised Certificate III as anyone who completed the qualification through an apprenticeship.
