You need documented evidence of your business work, such as plans, reports or policies you've written, testimonials from supervisors, colleagues or clients, and things like meeting minutes, rosters or organisational charts. Together this evidence needs to show you've genuinely carried out the tasks and responsibilities covered by the diploma.
Yes, it's the same nationally recognised Diploma of Business, issued by an ASQA-registered RTO under the same AQF framework. RPL and full-time study are two different pathways to the identical qualification.
