Turn years of hands-on Asian kitchen leadership into the SIT40821 Certificate IV in Asian Cookery, a nationally recognised qualification for chefs and cooks who take on a supervisory or team leading role in kitchens preparing Asian food. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows your experience managing Asian kitchen operations in restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs and cafes to be formally assessed against this qualification rather than starting your learning over. Once your evidence is assessed and confirmed by our partner RTO, you hold the same AQF-recognised Certificate IV as anyone who completed the qualification through classroom-based study.
