You need evidence taken from real, active production or media workplaces, such as photos and video showing you performing production tasks on set or in a studio. The assessor is checking that this evidence demonstrates the practical skills and range of work covered by the qualification, not just finished creative output.
Yes, it's the same AQF-registered Diploma of Screen and Media, issued by an ASQA-registered RTO regardless of whether you complete it through classroom study or RPL. RPL is a genuine assessment pathway to the identical qualification, not a watered-down version of it.
